Email Maintenance - July 31st to August 2nd

Transition of our current email system (Microsoft Exchange) to a newer version is planned for July 31st – August 2nd. Please note that this change will require a significant amount of downtime for completion. With this in mind, we plan to start the process on Friday, July 31st at 5:00pm and will work to ensure all functionality is restored by 8:00am on Monday, August 3rd. As a student, your mailbox now resides on Office 365 and will see no change to the web address used (office365.hputx.edu), the username and password used to access your account, nor to the look and feel of the web-based email client. However, student email accounts will be inaccessible for periods of time during this transition with the bulk of the outage occurring Friday night.
